I’m going to back to the gym! I’m so happy to be heading back to my old gym and to get back into the shape I was in 2015. I have a personal trainer who specializes in post-surgery workouts and who isn’t afraid to push me to get me back to where I know I should be.
Working out changed my life, I was sleeping better, my stress was low, my anxiety was managed, and my clothes fit better. I don’t consider myself to be a terrible eater but with the help of working out and fueling my body with the right nutrients, I’m sure I’ll get back to my goals.
